How to do manual

anyone can teach me the best way how to manual and nose manual?

Manual is pretty simple really. You have to find your center of ballance. Your body has to be behind the bike.. or at least above it, and the center of gravity should be on the back wheel. Pick up and pull back, try to hold it as long as possible. Feathering the brake could help
For now stick to manuals, practice just those.
For barspins, try doing them from a manual. Grip the seat with your knees and pull up and throw the bars. Once you're comfortable, you can try bunnyhop bars, and progress from there

its easy if u got like a fun box or sumthin with a ramp leading upto in cos it means u dont hav to pull up so much and then afta awhile u will get them easy so switch to flat ground and word from thea. like the other guy said, wen u found ur center of gravity is easy.

You need practise, not pics. Look, like they sad, you need to find balans point and than it's easy, but to find that balanse, try to do like this. When you pull up y bar , do it with y leags in position like y seating in a chair.That way you can balans with strainghting and crunching y leags. Try with different pedal position too.
